The system includes five chapters as follows:
- Chapter one is dealing with the
responsibilities and duties of the Directorate of Training at
the Ministry of Education in terms of implementing the Ministry's
training policy. It shows the implementation method, and presents
a definition of training, continuous education, and compulsory
training.
- Chapter two comprises three articles
stating the admission requirements for training programs.
- Chapter three is dealing with
the scholarship criteria for the employees' in-service academic
studies (bachelor degree and postgraduate degrees, i.e. higher
diploma, Master and Ph.D.)
- Chapter four comprises three
articles stating the evaluation procedures in terms of attendance,
examinations, postponement and passing.
- Chapter five is focussing on
the penalties in case of absenteeism, postponement and refusing
a training program.
