The system includes (14) articles dealing with various aspects
of student evaluation in technical secondary education. It states
basic principles of the evaluation system and the total requirements
for completion technical secondary schooling. It defines the credit
hour, semester, course and academic load. It also states the,
student work evaluation, organizing the evaluation process, academic
achievement rating, passing requirements, re-sit examination,
absenteeism, withdrawal or dropout, and cheating in the examination.
The last article is devoted to general rules.
