The system includes (15) articles dealing with various aspects
of student evaluation in secondary education (grade 10-12). It
states the nature of the evaluation process and the total requirements
for completion secondary schooling. It defines the credit hour,
semester, course and academic load. It also states the academic
achievement rating, student work evaluation, passing requirements,
re-sit examination, withdrawal and adding, absenteeism, and cheating
in the examination. The last article is devoted to the external
student evaluation system and for those with special needs.
