(Issued according to the Ministerial Decision 0f 4/6/1995)
- Article 1: Bahraini students
are not allowed to enter any university or educational institution
abroad before they get a recognition certification from the
National Commission for Evaluation Academic Degrees (NCEAD)
- Article 2: All Bahraini students
wishing to study abroad should present their applications for
evaluating the academic degrees offered by the universities
or institutions to the NCEAD three months earlier of the entrance
date.
- Article 3: All Bahraini students
who are currently studying abroad should register at the Ministry
of Education by filling the applicable form stating name, residence
address, study specialization, place and duration of study.
It should be sent to the nearest embassy or consulate of the
State of Bahrain or to the Directorate of Cultural affairs and
Scholarships at the Ministry in a registered letter.
